These clippers have been perfect. They can be adjusted to be zero-gap or to leave hair a bit longer. They have a nice weight to them and feel very nice in my hand. The BaBylissPRO trimmers look great and cut right out of the box, but I was disappointed with their performance for precise lineups. The blades weren’t sharp enough to give that crisp, clean finish I expected—especially for the price point. I eventually had to get them professionally sharpened to get the results I wanted. They have potential, but if you’re looking for sharp detail work straight from unboxing, be prepared for a little extra effort.

Shaver broke after a year. Returned to BaByliss, and no response and can’t get ahold of anyone there since we returned with their label via UPS. Can’t get help from Amazon customer service either. I guess we’re just out $166?! We even have a warranty. Just ridiculous. Have never had such horrible customer with any product than this one. Warranty is a waste. Buyer beware. Edit: BaByliss finally got us the shaver replacement, but it was a huge pain. I wish we could have dealt with Amazon directly as their customer service is always great. The shaver itself is great, but the company? We were not impressed with their customer service.
