We have a 4Moms Breeze Plus playard and bought this one to keep at my parents' house. Honesty, I almost wish we didn't get the 4Moms one, because the bassinet in it tapers in and the mattress is smaller than on this playard. Our baby is very tall at 3 months and almost maxes out the 4Moms bassinet mattress. Yes, the 4Moms has a one hand open/fold operation, but when do you actually lean down to open or fold it while holding your child? The Baby Trend is a bit more involved in assembly but it's easy and quick. It's sturdy, it's lightweight. It has wheels with locks, a diaper caddy. I highly recommend it! NOTE: If you don't read instructions: you must pop up all the side rails first before pushing down the bottom. ... show more

This is a really nice play yard. Very sturdy and a great bargain. The only thing is it was hard to fold and upfold until i search a video on line to se how to do it. when opening you have to lock the sides before you push the floor down and the you have release the floor before you can fold the sides. once I saw how to do it it is very easy to set up and take down for when My grandson comes to visit. I just wish the instruction it came with were better ... show more

When it's finally up, it's great! However, trying to fold it back up is ridiculously difficult and I'm a very handy woman. Getting the 4 sides to unlock does not work as easily as it should. Very frustrating. I would NOT recommend this item only due to the fact that it's really difficult to fold it back up. Edit: I went on to YouTube and found a wonderfully detailed explanation on how to close it and now I'm able to do it with no problem. There needs to be a tutorial video here so that customers don't have to go through what I did. ... show more

Super cute! Super easy to set up and take down! The bassinet is super easy to clip on up top. There are 2 sets of poles attached to it that have to be put together to secure it. Have to laugh at a previous review from a lady dogging this pack n play stating it’s unsafe. Look at her video, she doesn’t have the bars locked in place. I’m impressed with baby trends.
