I purchased a treadmill from Amazon and bought this 2 year protection plan, and I am so glad I did! The treadmill stopped worked a little over a year after I purchased it. I contacted Asurion, and they immediately issued a refund. I was so shocked. I have never contacted a warranty and had such a quick and easy experience. I ordered a new treadmill this weekend with the refund (a different brand of course) and bought a new Asurion plan for the treadmill.

My igloo cooler had broken and I sent it back. Once Asurion received the cooler they emailed me. One day later Asurion sent an email explaining it was beyond repair and in less than 24hrs my refund was sitting in my Amazon account.

I recently had a product break for which I had to place a claim. I was using my under the desk floor eliptical and the bar that holds the foot plate broke right in the middle of exercising. I contacted customer service live chat since the was no option for the reason for my claim. The rep helped to expedite my claim and anger providing my information and the explanation of why I needed the replacement the claim was approved. I was advised I would be contacted by email with instructions for replacement. They said it could take 24-48 hrs to receive the email. Thankfully I received the email within an hour or two and was able to order my replacement. Because it happened late on a Friday they weren't able to deliver my product till Sunday. I am very happy with the process

The motor was getting hot and I put in a claim but sort of ignored it. Once the treadmill stopped working correctly due to misalignment in which I tried to fix, I put in another claim. The claim was approved within minutes and the next treadmill (replacement) was purchased within in hour.

Absolute waste of money. I purchased this protection plan for my stand up paddle boards. One of the fins has broken off and I'm not able to re-attach it to the SUP. I called Asurion to get a replacement fin of refund and I was told that they would not cover it reach out to Amazon. I reached out to Amazon and they told me to reach out to the manufacturer. Thanks for the run around and waste of time and money.
