I was charged 26.00 dollars two weeks ago for a extended warranty which would be verified by email but it never was sent to me I have been stolen from monetarily from Amazon and this ASURION company DONT BUY!! I still have not been given EMAIL PROOF that I purchased their warranty, which was over two weeks ago. They make their self impossible to get Hold of then they ant help you if they do answer. Totally irresponsible

Security camera stop working during the harsh winter, the manufacture didn’t reply to the claim. Fortunately the protection covered it, they couldn’t repair but offered a full refund within 1day of filing.

After buying a refurbished iPod on Amazon, I decided to be safe and order a 2-year protection plan thru Asurion. The iPod stopped syncing about 6 weeks ago. It was sent to Asurion, then returned to me saying that it "passed all function tests." It failed to sync and I sent it back. A part was ordered and it was returned, saying "passed all function tests." After connecting, it came up as "Fernando's iPod," and again failed to sync. A day later I tried again and this time it simply said "iPod," so after attempting a few different things, it finally synced my 22,000 tunes! Not sure if it was user error at first, or somehow the "misnaming" caused problems. For whatever reason, I am pleased that I again have a working iPod (at least for now!). Might have avoided some of the trouble if I had been able to speak to a service tech, but phone number leads only to a phone bank where they say they will write up a repair ticket. Nonetheless ... problem solved!

I previously posted that it would have been nice to get the cable with it but later found they had it in the case under the glasses. I connected it up to my ipad and after going into iPad settings and setting it to mirror the display I got a beautiful screen although I wouldn't say it was set to a 201" equivalent I did enjoy watching an old movie with them. They are great and I like them a lot but for someone like me with a degenerative eye disease not being able to addjust a resolution size on them is a little disappointing. Maybe when I hook it up to my PC it will be different. but still I do like them a lot.
