I have liked Arena products. However, this was smaller than I thought. And I didn't like that it's foam. I have seen people at the pool with the Speedo one and it is bigger and better material. Disappointed in the size mostly. But it works and fits nicely into my swim bag.

This is a bit smaller and narrower than the Speedo Team Pull Buoy. It feels a bit lighter in weight than the Speedo, too, with a styrofoam weight but extremely durable and soft. I am short - 5 foot tall - so this was a better fit than the Speedo. Arena Pull Buoys are made in France.
