I have always loved Golden Tee at the arcade, and I've spent a good chunk of change on them over the years. When I was younger I loved fighting and beat em up arcade games. When I got older and discovered Golden Tee, that became my favorite arcade game. I always wanted to have one at home, but they go for roughly 4 grand to get into a new version if you don't buy used/older. There was no way I was going to plunk down that kind of change and I didn't want to scour for used second-hand machines. Then I started seeing the Arcade 1UP machines at local stores. Did some research and saw that they, to my amazement, had Golden Tee as one of the options. The price to quality ratio on these machines is very good in my opinion. I am not bothered by the older Golden Tee games that are included in this machine. I dig the old school graphics and always found the visuals of Golden Tee charming in their own way. The replay value on this game is incredible. The track ball feels good, and the whole kit is a class act and really looks the part. The riser and light up marquee included in this package are icing on the cake. I also like the 3/4 size as it's a good fit and saves space in my game room. Kudos to Arcade 1UP for bringing affordable arcade games to the masses. I could not be happier with this thing. Can't wait to have some buddies over and golf out! ... show more

this game is great and plays perfectly. Track ball works impressively well. I bought the for $325 which I think was a good price for this game seeing it has light up marquee and custom riser. Honestly anything more than $350 for this game would have been probably too much to pay, so I'm glad I waited on the price. Yes it has 4 games...But honestly the games are almost Identical including the character that represents you swinging the club in the sam blue shirt...Just different courses....same exact qraphics for all games. Only if this game included the early to mid 2000 games which are comparatively more detailed and have tons more commentary....then it would be worth more of the 4-500$ dollar range. Overall with what I paid, I'm happy with it for sure. ... show more

Very disappointed, bought from SoonerSoft Electronics. Thought we’d get a little less expensive golden tee so when we saw there was an option for a “new unassembled, opened box with VERY minor damage” we jumped on it. However, when it arrived, not only was it missing multiple pieces, but also had countless scratches, dents, and chunks of wood out of the front. I contacted the seller, which only communicates via text and am waiting for a remedy. **The seller immediately sent the missing pieces. We started putting it together and noticed brackets were missing and also noticed it had previously been assembled even though our item was labeled “never assembled”. Tried to make it work with what we had and was able to fully assemble it. But then noticed all the wiring was messed up and the item doesn’t even turn on. Very upsetting. The seller has been extremely resposive and professional about all the issues, but still has been an extremely frustrating experience. Hoping to get a solution soon. ... show more

Put together and video did not work, just sound. Everything was connected and done right. Opened up silver box on back and white plastic connected was not pushed in all the way. Went down a mm and then video worked. Game is good, just like arcade, only no backspin button. That’s a shame, game would be so much better with it. ... show more

Honestly I was skeptical about purchasing this cabinet because I didn’t have a lot of information and arcade one up has done a piss poor job of promoting it. With that said I’ve pulled the trigger absolutely do not regret it . I have played this thing to death . It is super fun . It’s not like hard-core golf it is arcade golf ! Which makes it simple and fun for everybody . I find myself playing for hours just trying to do better but more importantly see myself getting better .!! The trackball works great. I have five arcade cabinets and this one is my favorite and I’m not even a big golf fan .My only regret is I didn’t purchase this day one . ... show more

My 3 star rating is for 1 reason, but the problem has been solved by costumer service. 1st of all the game plays great and I have no continued issues with this game that I won't be able to fix on my own. Game play is as should be and the consol was easy to put together. I play this frequently, so it gets plenty of testing. Now for the bad. I only had this game for a few days before it started being defective. The screen was blitzing out and got to the point of non playable within about 2 weeks. When I tried to get ahold of customer service through Amazon, I recieved phone numbers for a competitor. This made my process longer. When I did get ahold of the correct customer service, I had to try things to see what the problem was. This was a pain, since I do work so much, but I understood the reasoning. When nothing fixed the problem, they sent me the parts to fix this problem. I an greatful that they made things right for me, however, it was not an easy process and it took to long, in my opinion. Let me explain. They corrected this problem as soon as they could possibly do so. It took me about 1 week to receive my console that was defective in my opinion. Nothing i done could have caused this problem that i was having. When they corrected the issue and made me good, it took nearly 2 weeks for me to get the new parts. I feel that they should have sent these parts to me in a faster way. Just my opinion, but I think it should have been shipped faster than the consol, not at their cheapest possible way. I am now having issues with the ball. I believe that I can fix this myself, but it is another issue already. The wheels under the ball are not spinning so well and I believe they need to be oiled or greased or something. There are videos on YouTube describing this and explaining the fix. The 3 star rating has nothing to do with the ball, only the process and longevity of the fix. It took twice as long to fix the issues as it did for me to get the console. ... show more
