The phone was virtually brand new on the outside, no scratches, the only thing was the battery was at 92% and over 300 cycles. Not horrible, but now great either. Doesn't affect the phone though! It works great!

I couldn’t be happier with buying this phone from Amazon! Not only did I save money, but it was compatible with my carrier, it was easy to transfer everything, the phone was in brand new condition, not a mark in sight.
