The phone itself is in great shape on the outside. My can’t lies inside the phones hardware. I ordered renewed except and the battery health is 84%. I do not find a battery health of 84% excellent. I contacted and asked for a replacement device with an appropriate battery health and was simply told just t return it. If they are going to advertise a device is in excellent condition than it should be just that. Now I have to find another phone to use while I send this phone back and try to make a hectare from a different seer that is more honest regarding the battery health. Like I said earlier, the phone looks except but the battery is the heart of the device and ultimately dictates how useful a device can truly be. ... show more

IT WAS AN AMAZING PURCHASE! When looking at it when first receivina it. The small protector or the phone wasn't placed evenly but there was no signs of scratches or possible damage. All in all that it was in good shape! When first turning it or it was on 60% which gives you enough time to set up! lf you're looking into purchasing this, I say go for it! The onlv downside was the lack of placement of the thin protection over the phone when you first take it out of the box. But there is nothing wrong with the phone! ^ Read less ... show more

I went from an 11 year old iPhone 7 Plus to an iPhone Pro 15 Max and was so worried about making the switch. The 15 uses a different cable than the 7 lightening cable so needed to invest in a few extra cables and plug in bricks. Overall, a very worthwhile switch. It was super easy to put all my 7 Plus iPhone info into the new 15 iPhone. Make a back up of old iPhone in iTunes and be sure to tick the box, name it, then use that to set up new iPhone. Is faultless, smooth. A bit of a learning curve learning how to navigate the new iPhone, first knowing how to navigate without the button, but read, read, read. Ask Siri as new methods are needed. LEARN, be patient. Practice, remember. Nobody be afraid to upgrade. Was sooooo worth it. Thanks tech heads. ... show more

    • Battery life is questionable. Description indicates 80% considered excellent
Bought an I-phone 15 in "excellent" condition. The screen and back are indeed excellent but there are scratches in the charging port area that I do not feel merit the excellent rating. Additionally, battery life is at 86% and shows battery has been in service for over 2 years. This is sold as refurbished, I do not see how it is a fair assessment of the condition given they did not even bother to change the battery. At nearly $700 for 2 generation old phone, I do not feel I received a good value for the money. My understanding is that Apple warranties battery under 80% so for them to consider 80% or higher excellent is not reasonable. ... show more

    • Don't fear renewed iPhones!
I was very leery of buying a used phone. I've had it for about 3 weeks now, and it's been great. It is a lot cheaper than buying it through Apple. The battery is 89% which I think is great. I did buy the extended warranty, which hopefully will work as well as Apple Care if I ever need it. I will be very happy to buy renewed phones through Amazon in the future! ... show more
