    • Get a Year Warranty on Third Party Refurb
Bought Phone in Early August. Phone died in Early March. Warranty is only 90 days. It looks like a bad port, but one repair place said that the serial numbers were not jibeing. If you are buying third party refurb, make sure you get at least a year warranty. Apple and all reputable places give at least that. ... show more

I am highly satisfied with the product. Zero cosmetic damage, and the screen is completely unscratched. I came from a 12 pro max that was on its way out, and this one works great by comparison. The only aspect indicating use is the battery being at 86% of its potential max charge. Otherwise, I’d believe you if you total me it was factory new. ... show more

Being a refurbished phone, I expected a little noticeable wear. But to my surprise the phone is in immaculate physical condition. I could not find a single blemish or scratch, other than a couple specs on the shiny Apple logo. However, the battery health being at 87% is a bit disappointing. Apple recommends battery replacement at 80% so it’s well more than halfway there. I’d like to see an “excellent” condition phone have a new battery, or at least one above 90%. ... show more

    • Phone not in “excellent” condition as it states!
Phone is glitching when making and ending phone calls, also, when I try and charge the phone it says there is water in the charging port and when I’m watching videos on YouTube they suddenly freeze. This is not in “excellent condition”! I hope I can return this device.
