I don’t usually leave long reviews, but this purchase deserves it. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 14 listed as “excellent condition,” and honestly, it feels like I received a brand-new phone. Many people hesitate with Amazon refurbs because it can be hit-or-miss depending on who you buy from, but this seller clearly values their reputation. I would absolutely buy from them again. Perfect condition, camera and sound quality are great! Charger worked that came with it and the battery health was 100%! NO scratches or damage! It came exactly how described in perfect condition however the sim was only eSIM and I didn’t know that. It did only take 10minutes at T-Mobile to convert my physical sim into a eSIM though! Received phone it was beautiful and worked like a brand new phone. For about a month. The service became Blocked on it by provider due to possible money being owed by previous owner. Currently trying to get a refund because I now how to buy yet another phone.

Excellent condition and price was great! I bought this for my teenage daughter as a Christmas gift. The battery life is great holds 99% activation was simple and easy. No complaints at all. The only thing I did see from other reviews is that there was supposed to be screen protectors and a charger base that I did not receive just a power cord no base. Bought it for my son as a replacement for lost phone. The phone came in perfect condition, no scratches, even on the body. Connected to tmobile with no issue, the functionality so far so good. The battery as expected probably 80%. Thanks.

Does you kid keep breaking, dropping cracking or totally demolishing phones in hopes that their (seemingly) rich parents will purchase the a newer one? The jokes on you, you little ungrateful dependent.. the only people in this house that gets new phones are the ones that can afford them. Take this, put a screen protector on it and allow your teen to complete their social journey of perusing instagram, BookFace and TokTik or whatever other young person they desire to FaceTime or text.
