The phone is locked and it is not a carrier of cricket like it said in the description .It is actually with another plan. I found out T-Mobile and it will be locked because the person is not paid it off. I am very unhappy with my service and I am returning!!!!

    • Make sure there are official iPhone parts used
I bought this phone refurbished 9/25 and by 1/26 the screen broke. I didn't drop it or abuse it in any way. I had it in a case with a screen protector. When looking at it more closely, the screen had been replaced when it was refurbished and they didn't put an official iPhone screen on it. I could tell because the screen wasn't flush with the case, it was a little thicker. I will look more carefully at what I'm getting next time, but this was not a great deal when in only lasted 4 months. ... show more
