I bought this Renewed iPhone 13 Pro listed as being in “excellent condition,” but the reality was far from that. Since day one, the GPS hasn’t worked properly—when I open Google Maps or Waze, it constantly loses signal. This makes the phone almost useless for driving or using any navigation app. Even worse, I found out that all of the phone’s components had been replaced—the screen, battery, camera, and housing. None of this was disclosed in the product description. What I received was essentially a fully rebuilt device, not a used one in "like new" condition. I tried to request a refund, but the seller refused to help unless I returned the product first. At the time, returning it was completely out of the question for personal/logistical reasons, and I felt abandoned with no real support. I thought I was saving money by buying a high-quality used phone, but I ended up with a defective device, no proper assistance, and now I have to buy another one. I’m genuinely afraid of going through the same thing again, especially with a seller who wasn’t honest or helpful. Very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who needs a fully functional iPhone. I feel scammed and disappointed. 👎👎👎👎👎 ... show more

Item was in pretty good condition, I wouldn't say excellent, which is what I paid for. Screen had quite a few scratches, two that were deep scratches. Body was in excellent condition. Battery health was at 85%. All and all solid device for the price but honestly if I had know the condition the device was going to arrive in, I would've saved myself a couple of more dollars and would've gone for good condition instead of excellent. ... show more

This is the first “Amazon renewed” product I’ve purchased. To say I was hesitant is an understatement - right? Buy a “high-end”, “new used”, iPhone without being able to see it was putting my trust in Amazon’s hands. Well . . . the phone arrived in perfect condition, charged it and was able to swap SIM cards using the tool provided. After a lengthy chat with my cell provider I was up and running - YES! The phone works perfectly, has excellent features and exceeded expectations. Obviously Amazon’s values and commitment to customer satisfaction play a huge part in ensuring success. I was nervous on purchasing this refurbished cell phone. Pleased to say i'm no longer nervous, i'm grateful. Product said "very good" and this phone only has a slight small scuff on front screen and the rest is perfect. The Battery came with 90% life- so for an iphone 13pro only paying $629 tax included, it's a solid deal. My cell phone prior was a 12mini, and it was outstanding for my needs, it had a fatal drop that made the camera struggle to focus up close. So in my opinion if your on the fence for dropping money on Refurbished- don't hesitate as your getting a deal in great condition. And keep in mind, if yours is not up to your standards Return it. If I didn’t know the iPhone13 I bought from this seller was a refurb, I would have thought it was brand new. It was well past time to upgrade from my iPhone7 plus, which finally stopped functioning as a telephone. Shipping was fast, transfer and activation worked like magic. You’ll absolutely need a wifi internet connection to activate it, and if your phone uses a sim chip, you won’t need to swap it because the iPhone13 has an internal sim. The 13 will prompt you each step of the way, and you can keep your old phone as a reference incase any emails, contacts, passwords, or notes etc. didn’t transfer.
