    • Verizon no help, but after calling Amazon they helped get the phone to where I can use it.
First time buying a renewed phone and after 2 1/2 hours at Verizon with them trying to trouble shoot it, there’s a parental lock on it so it’s useless to me so they say. Came home and requested to return it but decided to talk to tech support. After a few minutes she helped get it straightened out.

Very surprised at how great the quality was. Was nervous about buying a refurbished phone but it looks great. One small scratch on screen but seller sent with screen protector on and I was able to connect to Verizon without any issues. If you are second guessing, just go for it.     • Speaker doesn’t work on two different phones!!
We purchased an iphone13 from them and one of the speakers was not working. They asked us to return it and shipped us another phone in 2 days. The second phone has the same issue - the speakerphone does not work!! So frustrating.
