The iPhone 12 mini (premium renewed) is like new. No blemishes, and strong battery. This is the second phone I have purchased from WirelessSource, (dropped the first one, a 13 mini, and cracked it) and the experience has been great. Received them both in two or three days. This one showed up a few days after I got mine for a reduced price, and when I asked the seller about it, they said they would give me a partial discount on it. Funny thing is, I like the 12 mini better than the13, but this may be due to it having a more recent update. Pleased with the phone, and would highly recommend WirelessSource as a seller for refurbished phones.

Good phone overall but do your research because while I purchased excellent condition with great battery health you have to constantly charge the phone (which is the big reason why they no longer make the mini iphone)

Took new and old phone into the carrier’s store to have the info handoff handled by them. Then took both phones home to complete all the transferring. I had paid a bit extra for the refurbished premium so it would look nicer. Well it looked good but did not work properly! So upset and frustrated!! The phone continuously turned itself off and then back on again. At the least every 20 minutes - sometimes as often as only 5 minutes apart. Worked with the Amazon people and tried everything they suggested and nothing worked. Went back to my phone carrier and nothing worked. In addition, the phone would not always pick up a WiFi signal (did not matter from where) and when it didn’t, the phone would not allow the WiFi button to be moved to on, so that you could manually connect to an available network. You had to turn the phone completely off, the back on again. Or wait for it to turn itself off and on again. These are two VERY significant problems to have with a phone - making it unusable for any extended period. What now? Sending phone back. Have to wait 30 some days to get my over $350 back; lost a new screen protector; and still need to find a new replacement phone. I expected better from Amazon. GO ELSEWHERE if you can!!

The media could not be loaded. I ordered 2 iphones from 2 different sellers: Amazon and 3 rd party seller Kanga supply. Review 1 renewed premium from Amazon. 5 stars: Bought this iphone 12 mini in renewed premium condition from Amazon (not a 3 rd party seller). Phone is in like new condition with a battery health of 99%. Package came sealed, and packed with care. Instructions were clear. Excellent product! Very happy with this purchase. Review 2: renewed premium from Kanga Supply. 2 stars Battery health is 81% which is unacceptable for renewed premium. Contacted Kanga supply and they offered a $20 refund which I declined. They will replace the phone after I return this one and it goes through their inspection which can take a couple of days. Very disappointed with the inconvenience they cause and their quality control. I will update my review when I receive the replacement. 2 out of 5.
