Good phone overall but do your research because while I purchased excellent condition with great battery health you have to constantly charge the phone (which is the big reason why they no longer make the mini iphone)

phone worked great and was in beautiful condition until 3.5 months later battery suddenly died, no longer charges. it would not charge for few hours - day or two, then suddenly comes back to life at 85%, then suddenly dies again. Definitely returning the product, but what a hassle. looks like they used non-genuine apple battery because few days before battery died, iphone suddenly warned me non-genuine battery -- unable to detect battery health & charging. i didn't realize but you can check for that in your phone settings. also, beware buyers even though this is a renewed premium phone, because it's not sold by Amazon, returns are not as easy as drop-off at local Wholefoods.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered 2 iphones from 2 different sellers: Amazon and 3 rd party seller Kanga supply. Review 1 renewed premium from Amazon. 5 stars: Bought this iphone 12 mini in renewed premium condition from Amazon (not a 3 rd party seller). Phone is in like new condition with a battery health of 99%. Package came sealed, and packed with care. Instructions were clear. Excellent product! Very happy with this purchase. Review 2: renewed premium from Kanga Supply. 2 stars Battery health is 81% which is unacceptable for renewed premium. Contacted Kanga supply and they offered a $20 refund which I declined. They will replace the phone after I return this one and it goes through their inspection which can take a couple of days. Very disappointed with the inconvenience they cause and their quality control. I will update my review when I receive the replacement. 2 out of 5.
