I have worked with other phone renewed dealers third party from Amazon. The phones were okay but the support service was bad. Others I had issues with getting the phone in and I never saw them.Been refunded by Amazon. This phone did come with minor issues however when I contacted their service on a Thursday night at 11:00 p.m. they responded promptly and quickly and worked with me to get the replacement. The new phone seems like a new phone. AMAZING!!!. Not sure who these people are that are complaining but if you have issues please contact them and give them a chance. I did not hear any say they contacted the seller. They are not like any other third party seller from Amazon. i've never ever written a review on amazon everr before, but i had to leave one for this. my 11 broke on me a few days ago, and i needed a new phone for cheap ASAP. there were a few bad reviews on this that made me a little bit skeptical.. but once i got the phone i fell in love! i ordered the 12 mini in green and it came in perfect condition, literally sparkling when i opened the box. the screen was clean and perfect, and i saw no physical issue at all. the box came in with a lighting cable (along with the phone) which was sweet. i was also worried about battery life/health and prayed that it would be above 80% at least. so when i checked and it was at 82% i was relieved. not the absolute best, but i'm not complaining because of the awesome price. if you're thinking of buying, i say go for it!! the 12 mini is so cute and pretty stable/sturdy in my opinion (i played roblox on it already). i'll be buying phones (if necessary) on amazon renewed from now on as well :)) ... show more

So far the phone works, looks nice and doesnt have any scratches. I purchased excellent condition and it mentions for all 3 conditions that battery life is at or above 80%. The one i received shows 76%. Amazon please check this at QA, settings - battery - battery health..

This is my first time buying a refurbished product on Amazon, and I'm very happy with it. It's practically new, except for a small scratch. The battery is at 83%, as expected. Totally recommended. I'll buy it again when I need another phone.

I got this phone one year ago. Its my first iPhone. Pros- Came in essentially perfect condition appearance wise, no scratches or damage. I personally like the size, not too small not too big. Cons- Battery life is terrible, I have to charge it a few times a day. When I got it the maximum capacity was at either 84-86%, now it’s at 80%. Camera isn’t that great, photos look dull like there’s no color saturation. Laggy at times with loading, whether I switch between WiFi or phone service it’s the same. Storage isn’t great either at only 64GB. All in all it’s probably a good starter iPhone for a child but as an adult it’s lacking in some areas. ... show more
