*Update May 2025* After six months of having this phone I am now experiencing issues with the battery. The battery health has degraded significantly going from 100% in November to 90% now. Battery drains fast and suddenly shuts off. Overheats as well. It's to the point where the screen on the right side is lifting. I am currently having the phone fixed and the battery replaced. My original review still stands. I was lucky enough to receive the phone in excellent condition but the battery seemed to have underlying issues. Just something to think about if you are looking to purchase from this seller. I was hesitant to purchase because some of the reviews were not consistent but I am very happy I took the chance. The phone was labeled as renewed in excellent condition and that was exactly what it was when I received it. After thoroughly examining the phone I could not find really any flaws physically. The icing on the cake was seeing that it has 100% battery life which is rare to find. Phone runs awesome with the updated software and I was able to transfer from my previous device with ease. The phone itself is flawless. I doesn't have any scratches or marks. The only problem is the battery. After 6 months, the battery health percentage went down to 75% (Apple recommends replacing the battery at 80%). It only lasted 3 hours with heavy use, so I had to go to Best Buy and get it replaced for $80. If you don't mind paying another $80-100 then go for it. So far, so good. Some small blemishes but that’s to be expected with a used phone. The delivery took longer than expected but that’s on FedEx, not the seller. I’ve seen mixed reviews but I decided to take a chance. We’ve only used it for a few hours but it’s great so far. Battery health was 94%. Not sure how accurate that is since I’ve seen other reviews mention they had the same battery health and then a few months later it needed to be replaced. As of now, I’m very happy with my purchase.     • Sensor and Water/screen Damage when I got it.
Could've been better. I got this phone refurbished and in I think excellent or very good condition. But anytime a slight drop even on a carpeted surface or now at this point even if its not fallen me placing it on my car seat turns the phone off. It also came with what I assume is water damage where dots in the screen are yellow???? I was not impressed by this. Although battery life is excellent. But the main thing is it kept turning off and the sensor for when to turn the screen off during calls is broken where I can still call and hear the call but the screen wont turn on. This was all in the start of when I got it. No new problems have arise so I will deal with it but definitely not ordering again. ... show more

I have bought most my phone refurbished for several years. This is the first time I have used this company, and I will not use them again. I have had my phone for 10 months and it is becoming very glitchy and the battery does not make it through the day (I dont use my phone that much). Just not holding up.
