Full Review: I recently did an AM5 build with the 9900X3D and the experience has been incredibly smooth. I was hoping for a solid bump in performance, but this processor just tears through everything without even trying. Dropping it into the motherboard was a breeze. The install was super easy, and it booted right up to the BIOS on the first try without any weird memory training issues. My main focus is gaming, along with some content creation stuff on the side. Load times are basically instant now. You can really feel that extra cache putting in the work because games just feel so much snappier compared to my older setup. Everything from booting up a heavy RPG to loading into an online match happens in a flash. I haven't run into a single stutter or hiccup while multitasking either. It handles rendering video just as effortlessly as it handles long, heavy gaming sessions. One thing I was a bit worried about was the temperatures, since these higher-end chips can sometimes get fairly toasty under load. It actually runs quite a bit cooler than I expected. I have it paired with an AIO cooler, and it keeps the temps completely under control even when I'm pushing the system hard during video exports. There is no thermal throttling to worry about - something I definitely appreciate when leaving my PC to render things overnight. If you are putting together a new AM5 system or upgrading an existing one and want a processor that just feels effortless, this CPU is a clear winner. It balances heavy gaming and productivity work perfectly. I really have zero complaints so far. Purchased this for my new PC build. I wanted to use an AMD processor vs Intel. I had researched AMD Ryzen processors extensively and decided on the 9900X3D model. Amazon had a really great deal on it and so I decided to purchased it. I have been very happy with this decision. This processor is a real gaming beast. Its performance, and capabilities are superb. This has been a fantastic processor in my new computer. Its performance has been superb and it has helped me create a stable gaming machine. While it was a bit pricey due to the recent tariff scares, it's a great value for the money, especially since it has been a fantastic upgrade for my gaming computer. The value is amazing. This is the easiest to obtain high core count X3D processor and is perfect for productivity and gaming. If you are focused on gaming, the 9800X3D is a better value but has been hard to find, and the 9900 is fantastic.

The media could not be loaded. Very underrated CPU it does everything well an anything you want to throw at it. I just wanted something in between a workstation and a gaming desktop.
