I like that I can actually buy them a la carte as I have the sheet sets that match, but have had to replace the pillow cases only over time. Very thin, but very soft. I almost returned them because they are so thin, but being that they are white, I'll keep them until they need to be replaced. Also, the Standard/Queen is only just barely adequately sized for Queen pillows.
