This combo is just soft enough and has enough ergonomic features and having the stiff keys on the keyboard is great while typing. Especially using it in an office setting for hours, it is quite comfortable on the wrists. The combo is more comfortable and ergonomic than I expected, with a notably quiet keyboard, although the small mouse size might be a bit cramped for someone with larger hands like myself. In my experience managing computer equipment for various offices, I've found Logitech products to be exceptionally durable and reliable, making this set an excellent value, especially given its wireless capability. I don't understand why other reviewers were harsh with it, I think it works great. It's not an expensive metal keyboard, but it is not super cheap feeling, and has satisfyingly clicky buttons and a very comfortable shaped mouse to hold. I also really like that the wrist rest is magnetic and easily removed if needed. My only problem, is the lack of shortcut keys. Yes, there is a Fn button with a bunch of blue overlays for things like Volume, Media control, Mail, but there are two things I miss about my old keyboard: 1) Having those be dedicated buttons so I don't need to remember what combo of Fn+ it is. 2) My most favorite shortcut button of all: Calculator. It doesn't exist on this keyboard! I would trade every single shortcut for that one! I used it all the time when quickly trying to quote something for a client over the phone. It's not a deal breaker, but it is the difference to me between almost perfect and perfect. This would easily be 5 stars if it had that. Otherwise, I like it. I have a motorized standing top on my desk with a tower on the floor, so I like having a wireless system to lift the kb/mouse without wires getting caught. I was nervous when others said this had RF distance issues, but this has not been my experience at all. To be fair, the USB receiver here is on a hub near the motorized lift, so I guess it doesn't need to go very far. But it has been working great! I did take half a day to get used to ergonomic angle versus my old keyboard's straight design, but I'm already typing about as fast as I was before which is more than I can say of other ergonomic designs I tried before. It even comes with batteries included. Honestly, it's a great value and I'm pretty impressed with it. As long as you don't care about shortcut keys the way I do, I highly recommend it!

Having one dongle for the keyboard and mouse is nice since it’s one less thing to worry about, but that’s also a downside. If you lose the dongle, then ya can’t use either unfortunately. The fact it comes w batteries, an easy to understand user manual, and a wrist rest is nice though. The wrist rest is a bit hard and not as soft and cushy as I’d expect though. The mouse has 3 different DPI settings, which is a cool plus, but it’s a bit tiny for my hands I feel (which are about 7.5” long). The feet on the keyboard make it easier to use, and it’s even got lights to indicate whether you have caps lock on and whatnot.

This is a very comfortable ergonomic setup. It’s simple to operate and quite useful while being affordable. I work long hours on the computer daily for work, and my wrists don’t get sore or feel tired. Compared to many other sets I’ve bought in this price range, it runs quite smoothly. All I had to do was plug it in and that’s it.

I have to confess I am a hunt and peck typist, and am having trouble adjusting to this layout. Because the keys at each end curve away, I need to reach up further for the CTRL and Shift keys, and I am constantly hitting the wrong one. The key markings also leave a lot to be desired. The are faint and small, and some of the most used keys are starting to wear already. The printing on the 6 function buttons on the upper right are so small I can't read them. I do like the red light for the number and cap locks. My work computer defaults when it starts to no number lock, while my home computer does. Knowing its on or off sure helps when entering a numeric password. The wrist rest is another feature I have mixed feelings about. It attaches magnetically, so it's easy to remove, but that is both a curse and a blessing. It falls off when I need to move the keyboard, and I would really prefer it stayed attached. The last item to note is the extendable feet on the bottom to angle the back of the keyboard up. They are very short, I would prefer a little more height, but maybe that just goes with the ergonomic design. These niggles might be fine for an accomplished typist, but they are a little too much for me. Maybe over time I'll get used to it, unless I decide to switch back sooner.
