I ended up using two pillows in one case to achieve the look I wanted, so I ordered an additional set to complete my bedding. On the plus side, they arrived well vacuum-sealed with no strange odor. The Amazon Basics Down Alternative Pillows were great for the first several months, soft, supportive, and comfortable for both back and side sleeping. I use them daily, and they held their shape well at first. After about nine months, though, they’ve started to clump, and the original fluffiness just isn’t there anymore. They’re still usable and not completely flat, but the difference is noticeable. For the price, they’re a decent value, but the longevity could be better.
