To the point that im just happy to hang out on it and no stress on my knees. The length is perfect for my 5'6 self can completely lay out on it without touching the cold floor. Great mat, The 1/2 inch is great cushion, thicker than most mats. There are some reviews about the smell. I think that’s the smell of what the product is made out of. Like new shoes in a shoe box. I just wiped it down with a wet cloth and laid out for a day before I took it to my class.
