Does a great job. Been using on a drip coffee pot and single serve for a couple of years. Easy to use. I do run more plain water through for the rinse, but that is just me. I also stop the brew cycle to let it sit longer to make sure I don’t get limescale inside the machines (suggestion I read years ago on how to clean a coffee maker). I hear people complain about replacing single serve units and this one has been around for almost 5 years and still doing great. The descale light never comes on. ... show more

It cleaned my new coffee maker but it did not take the bad taste that can from the Technivorm Mochamaster. I'm sure your product is just fine and the machine is defective. Technivorm did not recommend your product, they do not support it, FYI.
