  • Awesome!
Style: 10-50P 3-Prong Gen2 Pigtail
Exactly what I needed. Works with the mobile charger gen 2. Looks and feels well made. The T on the mobile charger flashes 5 times but once plugged into the car it works just fine and pulls 32A as advertised.

  • Solid Product Works Well with No Overheating
Style: TT-30P RV/ Trailer 30A Gen2
This appears to be a solid product. It seats well into the TESLA charger, as well as the 30A, 110V outlet. Unlike other reviews, I found no heating up of the plug. That may be because I have a solid outlet to plug into with properly sized wires and good connections of those wires. At the 24A draw (80% of 30A), there was no heating up of the plug. The internal chip of the cable seems to work well with the TESLA, and the car knew that the charge level was limited to 24A. This improves my charging rate from 110V, and is useful at camp grounds where 50A, 250V is not available, but 30A, 110V is available. ... show more

  • Works, but set this "30 amp" adapter charging to 24 amps or less
Style: TT-30P RV/ Trailer 30A to Tesla
After using an out-of-the box 30 amp RV adapter, which did not work, this Tesla adapter did work. It must have something to do with the neutral leg wire connection. While the price seems steep, a Tesla-specifically-made adapter like this one is required for EV charging to work properly. I recommend that every Tesla making road trips carry one of these adapters along with a 50 amp adapter and/or cable. While there are 10s of thousands of Tesla Super Chargers out there, there are 100s of thousands of RV pedestals at RV parks in out-of-the-way places. I recently made a 6,000 mile solo cross-county road trip and had no problem finding plenty of Tesla Superchargers along the way. I had the peace of mind knowing that I could use any number of other types of type 2 charging if I needed it, which it turned out, I didn't need it. :-). ATTENTION: You must set the charging amps to 24 or less in the car's charging screen. Otherwise, this "30 amp adapter" will overheat, melt, and fail. NOTE: It seems that after I made the 24 amp setting and ,successfully charged the car at a relative's home, the next time I used this adapter my 2019 Tesla Model 3 recognized that I was using it and automatically set the amperage to 24 amps. Could the car be that smart? ... show more

  • works but really hard to remove
Style: TT-30P RV/ Trailer 30A to Tesla
It works, it's small but, if like me, you need to regularly switch between 10/50 and TT-30P, it's pain in the... hand to try to take it out. I returned it and bought a dedicated Tesla mobile charger TT-30 connector, way easier and faster to swap them and not much more bulky.

  • Works great!
Style: TT-30P RV/ Trailer 30A Gen2
The TT-30 is great for using my RV outlet ! I now get 120v at 24 amps (10 miles per hour) charge rate. Since Tesla does not make this type of cable I wanted one from a reputable name brand.

  • which is good, but it needed a good tug to get ...
Style: TT-30P RV/ Trailer 30A to Tesla
This is solidly constructed. I plugged a 14-50 into it and it was really tight, which is good, but it needed a good tug to get them apart again. Fortunately the little side wings give you something to grip. The 14-50 is oriented properly so that most commercial right-angle plugs should face away from the TT-30 plug (not run into the wall). It's not guaranteed but it's the convention. My Camco adapter worked great. I haven't actually used it to charge anything yet because I don't have a TT-30 outlet handy, but I tested the wiring with a meter and it's as expected. Ground to Ground. The 120v hot and neutral pins go to the two hots on the 14-50 socket. And the neutral on the 14-50 isn't connected to anything, it's unused. So just to be clear, this will deliver 120 volts to your NEMA 14-50 connection across the 240v pins, which is what I need for charging my EV's through the existing 14-50 adapter. This should not be used for any other purpose unless you really know what you are doing. The 14-50 connection is supposed to carry 240 volts, so before using this make sure whatever you're plugging into this adapter is able to handle 120v. Now I know I'm prepared to charge at a 30-amp RV site if needed. ... show more

  • Don’t buy unless you want dead UMC
Style: L6-30 30A 250V 3-Prong to Tesla- Straight
I purchased this adapter to use at my job site. My tesla UMC was brand new. Was dropped off via a mobile tech last month and used twice. Once to test the 14-50 adapter and once to test the 110 adapter. Both worked and charged my car. Today I plugged my tesla UMC into this AC works adapter the UMC tesla lit up green and then the breaker tripped. I reset the breaker but my UMC wouldn’t power back on. I thought there was something wrong with the outlet until an hour later a ford lightening plugged into the same outlet and charged there for the rest of the day. Brought my UMC home and it won’t power on using either the 14-50 or 110 adapter that are tesla branded. When I used the adapters with another UMC they work fine. Sending back this adapter and beware of buying these because while sure you can send the product back to the owner. You’re going to be out the $250 to replace the entire UMC setup. The companies owner doesn’t care about his customer. ... show more
