I’ve always thought that the Mac Mini was the best bargain on the market for desktop computers. Since it’s inception the base model has been priced at or near $500 and it packs more value than just about anything on the market. I’ve always purchased used units and always felt I got a great deal. This one is no exception. Well designed, compact and powerful. This one arrived as described, works well and was ready to be set up. As it does with almost all of its products, Apple made this one simple to get going. Awesome product. It came in the original manufacturer box. You could barely tell that it had been used previously. The price was phenomenal as well. The Mac Mini has always hit far above its size and price point. Even the older ones are still more than most people would need. I use it for some Steam gaming (Oblivion, the Elder Scrolls works well with only a few settings on less than max) and video/audio editing. Do plan on getting an external hard drive as you cannot upgrade anything inside the computer. ... show more

Loved this mac mini. Had to give it 4 stars because it was listed as refurbished to like new conditions but it was not. It was locked with a previous password so I had to perform a full restore to wipe out all previous logins. Besides that issue it has worked well. I was coming from a 2013 27 inch mac that worked well but Apple decided not to upgrade it anymore. It still works fine today. I am very impressed with this computer though. I wish I could upgrade the ram memory but i bought it knowing I could not. ... show more

After a number of months I’ve grown a little frustrated with this Mac mini. This model, even though it’s an M2 should be able to efficiently handle adobe programs and have quick internet load times, especially with the internet speeds I have. I’ve been finding it a bit sluggish, and after about 2-3 hours working in photoshop or illustrator the programs will start freezing on me, especially if I’m using the more complex tools in the software. My 2022 iPad works more efficiently and handles tasks better than this thing. A little disappointed in the performance for sure. ... show more
