I’m really impressed with this Sidomma fillet knife set. The blades are made from high-carbon stainless steel, and they’re incredibly sharp right out of the box. Super sharp at blade business end and scaler side. Brand Sidomma fish filled knives (2). Plastic sheath make you unholster knife carefully. Came with 2 sided kitchen wooden block style pull through sharpener. Good blade length at 11 inches overall with handle and nice grippy handles Cheap price

Non slip grip is great but the blade quality it poor. I tried to sharpen several times and the blades were still very dull. It does cut but doesn’t glide the way other fillet knives have.
