Love this mug. Holds a lot of water, heats well, and holds my tea bag to ensure it does not seep too long. The mig does not get hot on the outside so it is easy to carry after heating the water. And it is adorable!

I like elephants a lot, and green is my favorite color, so a mug like this was a slam dunk purchase for me. Now, I mostly drink coffee, but whenever I drink tea I find the elephant's "head" pocket on the mug mostly useless. It can hold the teabag but unless you just really want every drop of tea that's not really necessary. The brown flecks added to the design can also be offputting but I personally found them to add a nice slight contrast in color. The real issue is that it very easily chipped within the first few months of use. I never did anything extreme with the mug, simply having a morning coffee or an occasional mug of tea, hand washing it with the dishes, and keeping on the shelf. None of my other mugs have a chipped spot. But the outer... paint? Ceramic coating? Got chipped off in one part and exposed the material underneath. I have covered this with a layer of nail polish to prevent further damage, but it's concerning that as light of use as I've done has damaged it. I may eventually need to paint over it or something. I would have loved a mug like this for a gift personally. Again, I am a big fan of elephants, and any mug that can incorporate an elephant's anatomy into the design tends to go over well with me, whether that's using the trunk as the main handle or the whole head as extra space like here. It's also quite tasteful since the colors aren't obnoxious and the design isn't overly cute or childish. Children can enjoy it, but so can adults since it isn't a cartoon character or anything. And $20 or less for a mug that holds 15oz is pretty good value too since it can hold anything from a quick bit of espresso to a large helping of comforting tea to destress with. If it had better durability and was all just in the mint-y green color, I would give a perfect 5 but for now it's simply my favorite mug to use. Highly recommend!
