This was just what I wanted for making burp cloths & a soft wash mitt for my new grandson! The fabric is super soft & really easy to work with. Plus it should get even softer with every wash. I was a little disappointed that the price rose by more than $1.50 from a month ago (when I purchased the 1st time), but purchasing on Amazon saved me time, money & a road trip to JoAnn’s which is 30 miles from me. And considering I would have spent another $30-$40 dollars at JoAnn’s Fabric, I guess I saved money on this one! ... show more

Product took longer than expected to arrive. It’s also not as soft as I was hoping for burp cloths, the photos make it look more plush than it is. But it is still much softer than most terry cloth I have found at the fabric store.

This fabric is awesome for baby bibs and burp cloths. It is so much easier to work with than the minky fabric that everyone is using lately. It doesn't shift around as much on you, and it's easier to cut straight. I have been told by moms that it is better for absorbing drool as well. It does have a LOT of lint, so get ready to vacuum your sewing space when you get done. ... show more

Perfect for my pillows! So nice and soft after washed and dried in dryer, left a good bit of lint in trap, but that is expected with 100% cotton chenille. Had some strings to cut off the cut ends. Haven't been able to find REAL chenille in local stores, only that minky stuff, which does not compare. I have used this type of chenille for quite a long time. So glad to be able to get it again! I made my own winter sheets for a full mattress. in winter? worth every penny. FAR better than flannel. top sheet required 6 yds, bottom required only two b/c I sewed a simple rectangle onto an already made fitted bottom sheet. bigger bed? might need another yd for bottom sheet but maybe not for top - do the math [at 57"] - I had plenty extra. I wash/dried fabric first [recommended: shrinkage + lotsa lint]. ... show more

The fabric is wonderful. However, there are two yellow stains making part of the fabric unusable. I tried washing it but the stain is still there. Puts me in mind of animal urine. Sure hope not!
